I’m Laneece Patterson, M.A., a Performance Improvement Strategist and Learning Experience Designer (LXD) who works at the intersection of psychology, behavior change, learning, and performance.
My background includes a masters degree in clinical-community psychology, education, coaching, and performance improvement. Across these areas, I’ve become particularly interested in one question: What actually helps people change their behavior and perform differently, not simply understand what they should do?
I work directly with individuals through Performance Improvement Strategy Sessions. These sessions use psychology and behavior-change principles to help clients identify barriers, examine patterns, develop practical strategies, and translate insight into action.
Through my LXD work, I design learning and performance solutions that address real-world behavioral and organizational problems. My portfolio demonstrates how I approach performance gaps through needs analysis, behavioral objectives, action mapping, learning design, and practical interventions for your organizational needs.
The two sides of my work are intentionally connected: whether I’m working with an individual or designing an experience for an organization, my focus is the same: understand the performance problem, identify what needs to change, and design a practical path toward better behavior and better results.
